When children sing beautifully, it speaks directly to the soul. Join the award-winning Saskatoon Children’s Choir for “Sing Choirs of Angels”, an evening of choral music that promises to nurture your spirit and inspire joy.

The concerts take place on Friday, December 1 and Saturday, December 2 at 7:30 PM at Knox United Church in Saskatoon, and will feature all four choirs of the Saskatoon Children’s Choir. Under the direction of Artistic Director Phoebe Voigts and Concert choir conductor Kerry Agnew, with accompanists Kerry Agnew, Naomi Piggott Suchan and Terri-Lynn Mitchell, the choirs will be joined by guest professional Saskatoon instrumentalists.

On the program is classical and contemporary choral music, as well as the choir’s stunning renditions of traditional seasonal favourites. What a wonderful way to start your Christmas season!

The Saskatoon Children’s Choir has developed an international reputation for artistic excellence, creative performances and their commitment to initiatives that promote global understanding. Appearing on choral stages across Canada, in Europe, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Asia, they return to the stage to perform their annual Christmas concerts “Sing Choirs of Angels” at Knox United Church in Saskatoon.

Just this past July, the Saskatoon Children’s Choir participated in the International Choral Kathaumixw and was awarded the overall top prize of the Festival.
