Saskatoon Rock N’ Gem Show

February 5-8, 2026 | The Saskatoon Rock N’ Gem Show will be at Prairieland Park!  Join the crystal-loving crew for enough crystals and gemstones to make Saskatoon sparkle!

Family Night Out in Martensville

February 5, 2026 | Join Family Night Out at Lake Vista School. You can come and choose from a variety of sports (basketball, badminton, pickleball and more.) It’s 3.50 per person or 8.50 for a family.

Persephone Theatre Saskatoon

February 4-15, 2026 | There’s a new play in town! A Romeo Initiative is on at Persephone Theatre. Grab your tickets now!

The Helpful Prince – Gimme Grimm with Wide Open Children’s Theatre

February 6-8, 2026 | The Helpful Prince – Gimme Grimm is a 45-minute puppet show perfect for families and preschoolers. Tickets are on sale now.

 

Winter Play Program

🆓February 7, 2026 | This is a free drop-in program for children and families to enjoy the outdoors. All equipment is provided. The last one of the season will be at Massey Place Rec Unit (3110 Massey Place).

South Nutana Park Community Association Winter Carnival/Carnaval D’Hiver at Ecole Canadienne Francaise

🆓 February 7, 2026 | Have fun at the free indoor and outdoor activities from 1 PM to 4 PM. Please note there will be a brunch from 11 AM to 2 PM for $7 per adult or $3 per child.

Heritage Festival of Saskatoon

🆓February 8, 2026 | Find live entertainment, cultural dancers, exhibits and kids’ activities at the WDM. Admission is free.

Lawson Heights Community Association Winterfest

🆓February 8, 2026 | Winterfest in Lawson Heights will feature sleigh rides, a skate with the Blades, hot chocolate and more.

Why not take the whole family to an indoor play place to burn off some steam or check out some Playgrounds in Saskatoon! You can also cool off with some ice cream at some of the amazing Saskatoon Ice Cream Shops.
