Promethean Theatre Company’s production of Shakespeare’s King Lear runs from December 11-23, with a Preview performance on December 10. It follows the story of Lear, the ageing king of Britain, who decides to step down from the throne and divide his kingdom evenly among his three daughters. King Lear is a story about a dictator’s regime crumbling in light of his dementia and the unequivocal feeling of ending.
