Are you ready to ROCK this Spring Break? Then Vancouver’s School of Rock is the place to be! If you have an emerging star on your hand, enroll them in one of the incredible Spring Break Camps offered and encourage them on their journey.

At School of Rock, the music programs are designed to get kids on stage performing while building a strong musical proficiency. Experienced and encouraging instructors will help students develop basic competence in the instrument of their choice in a fun atmosphere. With a combination of one-on-one lessons and group band practices, your rockstar will be performing on stage in no time!

Spring Break Camps are the perfect time to enrich your child’s musical journey or try out a new instrument. With camps for beginners and experienced musicians, there is something for everyone! Space is limited in each of the camps, so register early to secure your spot.

Rock 101 (ages 7-12): This camp is designed for beginners who want to learn an instrument and play with a band on stage. Throughout the week, students will learn and explore their instruments through a variety of fun activities and games. With the guidance of nurturing instructors, students will learn and work on songs from Monday to Friday, with a performance on Friday afternoon for family and friends. All instruments will be provided!

80’s Rock Music (ages 7-18): Ah, the 80’s. A time of big hair, big shoulder pads and BIG sounds. The hits produced during this time still rock the airwaves and students are eager to learn the tunes they have heard their parents rocking out to. If your child has some music experience and is interested in learning hits from the 80s, then this is the camp for them! Students in this camp will learn hits from artists like Billy Idol, Devo, Cyndi Lauper, Van Halen, Flock of Seagulls and many more. A week full of learning will culminate in an exciting live performance on Friday afternoon for friends and family.

The Beatles Camp (ages 7-18): The Beatles greatly influenced the direction of modern music and students of all ages are drawn to their timeless hits. If your child or teen has some music experience or instruction, they will love this 5-day camp where they will learn some of the Billboard-topping classics from the vast collection of The Beatles hits. A Friday performance for family and friends will end this week of learning.
