Operating as a non-profit society since 1952, Camp Mackinicholea looks to the beauty of their natural lakefront, giving your children a summer to remember. Just 130 km north of Edmonton, Camp Mackinicholea features a full-service kitchen and dining room, alongside 6 cabins fitting up to 75 sleepyheads. Campers will be having fun without having to miss out on the comforts of home!

With summer camps suited for kids in grades 1 -10, the clean, clear water of Long Island Lake is waiting for swimmers, the canoes are eager to get back into the water, and the campfire pits sit anticipating all of those fireside sing-a-longs. Register now:

Mini Camp: For campers who have completed Grades 1 through 3. With two dates to choose from (July 5th – 8th, or August 7th – 10th, 2017), these fun filled days are a great introduction to the summer camp experience!

Junior Camp: For campers who have completed Grades 4 through 6. With two dates to choose from (July 9th – 15th, or July 30th – August 5th, 2017), these campers will spend a week full of swimming, overnights, games and crafts.

MAD Camp: For campers who have completed Grades 7 through 10, here’s a chance to spend the week immersed in adventure and the arts! Campers will get to fill their days with Music and camp songs, Arts and crafts, Athletics, outdoor Adventure, Dance and Drama, wide games, swimming, canoeing, overnights and lots more! Camp runs July 16th -27th, 2017.

Counsellor in Training (CIT):An opportunity for youth aged 14 – 18 to have fun at Camp Mack while preparing to be junior counsellors for the summer. There is no charge for this opportunity, running Friday, June 30th to Tuesday, July 4th, 2017.
