The Polar Express IMAX 3D Experience

December 6 – December 24 | The holiday tradition continues at the TELUS World of Science – Edmonton with IMAX screenings of The Polar Express on Saturdays and Sundays from December 6 to 21, with additional screenings on December 19, 22, 23, and 24. Come in your coziest Christmas pyjamas and treat your family to a morning at the movies watching the holiday favourite on Alberta’s largest theatre screen.


Reel Family Cinema at Metro Cinema

December 14 | Experience Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas live in concert at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium on December 14, 2025. For one magical performance, the FILMharmonique Orchestra will provide live musical accompaniment to Jack Skellington’s classic adventure as it plays on the big screen.

December 15 | Join Campio Brewing for a cozy Christmas movie night featuring Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas on December 15, 2025.
