Clip Clop makes it easy to get your horse-loving child get into the saddle. For over 6 years their flagship location in Calgary has offered quality Riding and Horsemanship lessons for kids ages 5 to 18. Clip Clop recently expanded into the Edmonton area in Fall 2024 and are proud to already have many local families join and fall in love with the program!
Riding and Horsemanship lessons at Clip Clop are all about horse loving and learning! Young riders can learn to safely ride, bond with, and care for horses in a fun and professional environment. Newcomers to the sport will benefit from Clip Clop’s quality horse and rider education, offering opportunities for children and their parents to learn more about the sport and the many nuances of riding. Whether your child wants to ride for the joy of it, or are hoping to advance to a more competitive level one day, the friendly experts at Clip Clop can get them off on the right path.
Clip Clop offers 4 riding levels, with sub-levels corresponding to different skill sets. Through lessons that foster leadership skills and self-governance, Clip Clop aims to develop riders’ who are confident, capable, and demonstrate strong character both in and out of the stable. The Youth Horsemanship Mastery program can be tailored to each rider and allows them to advance through a series of progressive skill sets based on their developing abilities. This also allows parents to better set the pace of lessons and control spending along the way.
