Edmonton firefighters are welcoming families to explore local fire stations during the 2026 Fire Station Open House series. These popular FREE community events offer a behind-the-scenes look at fire halls across the city, featuring fire trucks, rescue equipment, and hands-on demonstrations.
It’s a fun, and educational outing for all ages — and a great chance to meet the firefighters who help keep Edmonton neighbourhoods safe.
This year’s lineup includes eight fire stations, including the brand-new Blatchford Station 8 and the recently renovated Highlands Station 7. All events take place from 12:00–4:00 PM.
