Spend Canada Day in the Fort at the Fort Saskatchewan Canada Day Celebration! Fuel up with a pancake breakfast, take in the mini parade and find a variety of fun family activities and entertainment in Legacy Park. Cap the night off with a fireworks display at 10:45 pm. 8:00 am – 10:00 am | Pancake Breakfast at the Fort Saskatchewan Legion (9964 93 Avenue)
The Fort Saskatchewan fire department and Dow will be flipping and serving up pancakes. Event is free but the fire department will be collecting donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Society.

10:00 am – 4:00 pm | Farmer’s Market
Find local vendors set up in the CN Railway parking lot.

11:00 am | Parade along 101st Street & Downtown
Line up along the street and cheer on all of the fun and unique parade entries. Approx 60 minutes.

1:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Activities in Legacy Park
Enjoy Face Painting and Glitter Tattoos, inflatables, a rock climbing wall, video game trailer, human foosball, mural coloring, and caricature artists.

1:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Free Admission to Fort Heritage Precinct
Explore Fort Saskatchewan’s history and interact with some great costumed interpreters.

1:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Afternoon Entertainment at Legacy Park Bandshell Stage
Enjoy the talents of our local musicians and entertainers including Steven Sware, David Unsworth and Band, Harold Reichstein and Rachel Geddie.

7:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Evening Entertainment at Legacy Park Bandshell Stage
Featuring concert headliner The Strumbella’s with Nice Horse and Hailey Benedict.

10:45 pm | Fireworks Show at the Rotary Amphitheatre
A spectacular fireworks show will be set off behind the Northwest Mounted Police Fort.
