Adventure awaits at Malmo Pre-Kindergarten! The teachers at Malmo know that for preschoolers, each day is filled with wonder and discovery, growth and activity, and new friendships and experiences! They have designed the ideal learning environment to harness the excitement and enthusiasm of 3 and 4 year old students and channel it into powerful learning experiences!
Malmo Pre-Kindergarten offers preschool programming for children aged 3 and 4. This non-profit parent cooperative program offers an inclusive educational environment with a focus on learning through play and child-led development. Each day includes periods of free play, structured play, circle time, music, gym, snack time and story time! Malmo teachers, assistants and parents say students quickly grow fond of the preschool routine.
Malmo Pre-Kindergarten is located inside Malmo Elementary school, offering access to both the school gymnasium and the outdoor playground! The program includes monthly themes, guest speakers and field trips!
Families can choose from the 3-year-old Preschool program on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (9 am to 11:15 am), the 4-year-old program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (9 am to 11:15 am) or the combined 3 & 4-year-old program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons (1 pm to 3:15 pm).
