Play On! Canada’s Largest Street Hockey Festival is back for 2022 and will be hitting Edmonton’s Ice District September 10 & 11! Everyone is welcome to this exciting two day event – all you need is some sneakers and a hockey stick to join in the fun! The cost is just $49 to play for the weekend, and the event is open to males and females of all ages and experience levels.
The tournament is part of a series of street festivals in nine cities across the country. From newbies to stick handling-pros, there is a division option for everyone to come join in and play as part of a team. Play On! winners and finalists will even qualify for the new National Championships to be held in the fall of 2023.
Register to be a player, team captain or referee, or join in the fun by cheering on your favourite player or team as a spectator. Play On! is also happy to welcome volunteer’s to help run the games and ensure the tournament is a success. Head to the website to learn how to join in!
