Located on the tip of North End Halifax, only a short hop from downtown, The Africville Museum stands as a testament to the strength of an African Nova Scotian community that witnessed the destruction of their schools, homes and church to make way for industrial development in Halifax in the 1960’s.
Hours: Tuesday to Friday – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm June to August)
