Since 2001, the annual Halifax Lebanese Festival has been rated as one of the most successful and vibrant summer events in the city of Halifax. Held at the Olympic Community Center on Hunter Street, it’s one of two Halifax festivals that celebrate Lebanon. The other, The Cedar Festival, happens earlier in the year, usually in June.

The fun festival offers delicious Lebanese food, live entertainment, performances, and various activities for the whole family to enjoy. Treats include Falafel, Tabouli, Hummus, Shish Taouk, Grape-leaves, and the ever famous Zaatar, prepared traditionally on the Saj.

Admission to the Festival is FREE, and they have something for everyone! Join them and savour a taste of Lebanon in the heart of Halifax at the 19th Annual Lebanese Festival!
