Do you have a little one who enjoys singing and dancing around the house with energy to spare? BSOBAD Fall Lessons may be the perfect place! What is BSOBAD? Brenda’s School of Baton and Dance has been a go-to studio in Saskatoon for over 40 years! Come have fun and find out what being a BSOBAD student is like! “Let’s Make a Memory” is an easy goal for students attending Brenda’s and students will learn life-long skills through dance. You’ll be family when you attend BSOBAD classes and create memories with friends. Have you heard the BUZZ? Your kids will LOVE the newest program Busy Bees Activities.

Busy Bee Activities

Busy Bees Activities is a program for 3-6-year-olds. Join the BEE-SOBAD family with the new Busy Bees Activities.

It will be a fun, educational, creative and active program that will keep your little one buzzing with excitement! Children will be engaged on a weekly basis for 2 hours each day, two times a week. Each class will be divided into three parts.

Busy Bees: 123… Dance With Me!
This structured portion of this class will keep the kids active with a variety of dance. Many different dance styles will be taught including ballet, jazz, tap, tumbling, hip-hop, creative movement and more!

Busy Bees: ABC…Create With Me!
This semi-structured portion of the class allows the kids opportunities to be creative by incorporating hands-on learning using arts and crafts, imagination, and storytelling!

Busy Bees: Do Re Mi…Sing With Me!
A focus on rhythm, song and use of musical instruments are taught through games and activities.

Cost: The monthly cost for two classes per week is $170 + GST
Times: Mon/Wed 9:30-11:30 OR Tues/Thurs 9:30-11:30

Tiny Tots

The Tiny Tot program is an introductory class to dance, body awareness, creativity and music! Your Tiny Tot receives training in creative dance, ballet, jazz, tumbling and body awareness. This class runs Saturdays and registration stays open all year.

Cost: The monthly cost is $43 + GST
Times: This class runs Saturdays and registration stays open all year.

Combination Classes

Combination 1 dance program is recommended for children 4 years old. Tap, Ballet, Jazz and tumbling are explored! The Combination 2 dance program is designed for the active 5-year-old. It consists of Ballet, Tap and Jazz. In addition you can add on an Acro and a Twinkle Twirl Baton class.

Cost: The monthly cost for Combo 1 is $53 + GST, and Combo 2 is $56 +GST
Times: Combo Classes are on Thursdays or Saturdays.

Intro Classes

It is recommended that dancers begin their training in a 40-minute once/week ballet program. Kids can participate in Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro, Ballet and Baton Twirling.
