The Maple Ridge Caribbean Festival offers you the chance to immerse your family in the music of the Caribbean! The Festival features 2 large stages with continuous music provided by 16 live bands from Toronto and the Lower Mainland’s Caribbean community. The music will span styles such as Reggae, Calypso, Salsa and Soca music and much more. Over 100 entertainers will showcase the music and culture of their islands.
In addition to the music, make sure you don’t miss the food vendors offering authentic Caribbean foods from jerk chicken to curried goat. There will also be 40-50 street vendors displaying their goods at the Caribbean open air market. And the large kid zone with rides, face painting and a number of other activities will keep the smallest festival attendees happy.
