Calgary’s Jewish community invites the public to help celebrate the Annual Community Chanukah Menorah Lighting Ceremony, live from City Hall on December 30, 2024. The lighting of the Menorah is the focal point of the celebration of Chanukah – an annual festival commemorating a 2100-year-old historically significant battle for religious freedom. There will also be a children’s program.
