In recognition of Queen Elizabeth II’s 70 years on the throne, the Alberta government is hosting several events and activities, from garden parties to art contests. From June 3 – 5, 2022, celebrate the province’s arts, culture, and heritage in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Platinum Jubilee.

There will be free admission at all provincial historic sites, museums, and interpretive centres during the Platinum Jubilee weekend, from June 3 – 5, 2022. You will need to visit each facility’s respective website (or contact them) to find information on operating hours, program schedules and ticket reservation. (Although admission is free, you may need to register and there may be additional fees for some activities.)
