Where can you get kissed by an alpaca, climb inside an ant farm, and grow plants without dirt? Granary Road! This summer, sign your kids up for a week-long day camp filled with outdoor fun.
Granary Road is on a stunning 36-acre property overlooking the Foothills, and features 11 different educational exhibits teaching kids about Alberta’s nature! Campers can enjoy Granary Road’s Yesteryear Mini Golf, tour the Aquaponics Centre, ride the Rover Wagon, spend time with the Farm Friends and more.
Summer camps at Granary Road will give campers ages 5 – 12 years a huge variety of experiences, from behind-the-scenes tours of farm friends to over-the-top themed exhibits at the Active Learning Park. You can even snuggle the Granary Goats! Campers visit a working farm and learn about agriculture in Alberta and a variety of species and their habitats. Kids can shoot down the 20-foot tall corkscrew apple slide, climb through a 4-storey ant farm, or jump like a frog on in-ground trampolines. They can race the rubber ducks and participate in scavenger hunts. Granary Road summer camps are filled with fabulous, hands-on experiences for the best of summer!
Summer camps at Granary Road run weekly all summer long, from 9 am – 4:30 pm. Take advantage of the FREE before and after care supervision, which starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm. Each week ends with a pizza party and a sweet treat!
