Hungry for summer fun? City of Edmonton Summer Day Camps offer the ultimate menu of cool new experiences to choose from! Explore the river valley, try a new sport, or discover your creative side! Make new friends, learn new skills and have a blast with the wide variety of camps located at the city’s great attractions, facilities, parks and of course, the iconic river valley!
Camps run from 9am to 4pm, with early drop off and late pickup available at most locations. Your kids will find dozens of exciting options at each of these locations:
City Arts Centre – choose from a variety of art camps for preschool, children and youth at a variety of locations across the city!
John Janzen Nature Centre – Through active inquiry, investigation and exploration, children can experience and learn about the amazing world of nature.
John Walter Museum – Discover what life was like as a child, explore historical artifacts, learn how to make a basic basket and immerse yourself in the simple pleasures of pioneer life first-hand.
Muttart Conservatory – Escape to the pyramids! The Muttart Conservatory is an amazing place for young people to explore!
Neighbourhood Day Camps – Our Neighbourhood day camps, for children ages 3-12, are hosted by community leagues across the city, so there’s bound to be an exciting program near you!
Recreation Centre Day Camps – Come make memories and new friends while being active and getting fit!
River Valley Camps – Our unique River Valley camps create opportunities for kids to have fun outdoor adventures and build positive skills and habits!
Valley Zoo Camps – Go on a new adventure each day and make a new cuddly friend at the Edmonton Valley Zoo!
