Do you have a child who loves singing, acting, drama and imagination? Let them unleash their creativity on stage with St Albert Children’s Theatre Summer Drama Camps! Children aged 3 to 19 can explore their artistic side in these high-energy, exciting and fun camps designed so all participants, regardless of experience level can enjoy a complete theatrical experience in a positive environment.

St Albert Children’s Theatre Summer Drama Camps range from 1.5 hours for the very youngest participants, to full day camps for tweens and teens. The camps for ages 6 and up will conclude with a final, on-stage presentation. All participants are asked to be available for these performances.

If camps fill, potential participants are encouraged to get on the wait lists, as additional camps may be offered if there is enough interest.

 

Summer Drama Camps
3-4 Years – July 9-13, 9am-10:30am
5 Years – July 9-13, 10:45am-12:15pm
6-7 Years – July 5-13, 1pm-4pm
8-9 Years – July 16-25, 9am-12pm
10-11 Years – July 16-26, 1pm-4pm
12-19 Years – July 30-August 10, 9am-4pm


Theatre Production Camp
The backstage work at any performing arts venue is just as important to the success of the production as what happens on the stage. Learn some of the essential skills of production, including basic stage lighting, sound equipment operation, crew responsibilities and how a Theatre Designer approaches a production.
