Everyone can get in the groove with Dance On! This non-profit dance studio in North Central Edmonton welcomes all ages to come explore the world of dance in a fun and inclusive environment.
Since 2003, Dance On! Dance Society has proudly provided low-cost dance programs to local families. Offering everything from ballet, jazz and tap to hip hop and lyrical, there is a dance style and class for everyone to enjoy. The enthusiastic instructors are well-honed in their art and are excited to get you twirling, tapping, and sashaying across the dance floor and onto the stage!
2023/24 Dance On! Class Offerings
- Introduction to Dance
Ages 3-6 | Your tiny dancer can get their first introduction to the world of dance through your choice of tap/jazz or ballet classes.
- Junior Level
Ages 7-12 | At the Junior level, dancers have their choice of competitive Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Ballet, Musical Theatre, or Lyrical. - Senior Level
Ages 12-17 | Senior level students can choose between competitive Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Lyrical classes. - Adult Dance
18+ | You are never too old to dance and perform! Adult classes are open to all ages and offer your choice of non-competitive Adult Ballet, or full year competitive Adult Jazz and Tap. No experience is necessary and all that is needed is a good attitude and willingness to have fun! - Production
All ages are welcome to take part in this whimsical class inspired by movie favourites! Have fun collaborating together on a 10 minute competitive routine filled with impressive dance moves and outrageous costumes. Themes from previous years performances include Pirates of the Caribbean, Nightmare Before Christmas, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Registration for the 2023/34 dance season is currently open. Most classes run in 9 month periods from September to May, as well as drop-in class opportunities. Inquire with Dance On! to learn more about each program and discover which might be the best fit for you.
