Whether your kids are new to dance, or already have a solid foundation, an Edmonton Dance Factory Summer Camp or Class is just the thing to get them moving, grooving and growing this summer!

 

Edmonton Dance Factory is a multi-discipline school that teaches Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Improv, Musical Theatre and Vocals. The goal is to provide dancers at all levels with a solid foundation in technique, and help each student achieve poise, grace, coordination, self confidence and discipline of mind and body – skills that will serve them well on and off the dance floor. Whether your young dancer dreams of becoming a professional, or simply wants to expand his or her enjoyment of the art form, Edmonton Dance Factory is a perfect choice.

 

Edmonton Dance Factory classes are lead by instructors who are committed to excellence, personal attention and nurturing the individuality of each student. A fun and structured atmosphere is encouraged where students gain a sense of accomplishment for their efforts and where building student self-esteem is top priority.

This summer, Edmonton Dance Factory is offering a 4-week summer dance session for students ages 3 and up. Classes will run July 3 to August 2, 2018. Also, dancers aged 6 to 12 can try out the Edmonton Dance Factory Summer Camp, July 9-12, which includes a taste of all dance varieties!

Summer Dance Session:

Ages 3 – 5 (No previous dance experience)
Jazz & Ballet: Wednesday 5:30-6:00pm or Thursday 10:30-11:00am
​Tap: Thursday 10:00-10:30am

Ages 5-7
Jazz/Ballet/Hip Hop Combo: Wednesday 4:45-5:30pm

Ages 6-8
Hip Hop: Thursday 12:00-12:45pm

Ages 7+:
Beginner Jazz: Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm
Beginner Lyrical/Contemporary: Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm

Ages 8+
Hip Hop: Thursday 1:00-2:00pm

Ages 10+:
Beginner Lyrical/Contemporary: Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm

Hip Hop Intermediate (2+ years experience): Thursday 2:00-3:00pm
Ballet Beginner (no experience) Ages 7+: Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm
Ballet Beginner (1-3 yrs experience) Ages 8+: Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm
Ballet Intermediate (4+ years experience) Ages 10+: Wednesday 4:45-6:00pm
Jazz Technique Intermediate/Advanced (5+ years experience) Ages 11+: Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm
Contemporary Intermediate/Advanced (5+ years experience) Ages 11+: Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm

Dance Camp!
Includes classes in Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Ballet, Acro/Stretch, Lyrical
