At Hastings Lake Bible Camp, faith and fun are woven into every moment, whether it’s paddling on the lake, playing games, or unwinding by the campfire under a sky full of stars. The lakeside setting inspires both adventure and reflection, creating the perfect atmosphere for campers of all ages.
Camps are led by caring staff who make sure every camper feels safe and supported. Each cabin has a Cabin Leader and 1-2 trained high school volunteers, so every child gets personal attention. There is always a nurse on site for youth camps, and the staff is trained in First Aid, CPR, and food safety, as well as certified lifeguards, ensuring safety and well-being are top priorities.
No matter your age or interest, there’s a camp program for everyone. From youth camps to family camps to the popular day camps, every camper will make memories to last a lifetime. Each day at camp is carefully planned to balance summer fun with spiritual growth. Mornings start with breakfast and chapel, followed by group games and Bible study. After lunch and quiet time, campers can enjoy a variety of activities like canoeing, crafts, archery, swimming, and more. The campers will then have some free time before supper, giving everyone a chance to relax, swim, or grab a snack at the canteen. Evenings feature group games and campfire time. Campers can also look forward to the Thursday night talent shows and the special Passion Play performed by staff on Wednesday nights, bringing the story of Jesus to life in a way campers will never forget.
