Harvest Festival & Halloween Fun at Cluck & Crumble Farm | FREE
📍Cluck & Crumble Farm, Onoway
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Explore haunted trails, visit adorable farm animals, cozy up around the campfire, and enjoy FREE admission. Hayrides and homemade treats are available for an additional cost, plus kids who come dressed in costume can enjoy trick-or-treating at the farm!
Haunted Pumpkin Festival at Prairie Gardens
📍Prairie Gardens, Bon Accord
9:30 AM – 6 PM | Families can enjoy pumpkin picking, wagon rides, farm animals, mazes, and plenty of Halloween fun! Explore the Ghost Town of Boo’n Accord, visit the Haunted House, and discover even more spooky (but not scary!) surprises during this annual fall favourite.

10 AM – 4 PM | All dressed up with nowhere to go on Halloween? Head to the Royal Alberta Museum (RAM) for spooky fun for ghouls of all ages, including creepy curios, spooky specimens, live animal encounters, and more!
Spooky Strathma: Medieval Days | By Donation
📍Strathcona County Museum & Archives, Sherwood Park
10 AM – 4 PM | Step back in time at the Strathcona County Museum & Archives, where medieval adventures await! Take on a museum-wide quest, enjoy hands-on crafts, and discover a special exhibit exploring Sherwood Park’s original Medieval Days celebrations from the 1960s. All Hallows Afternoon | FREE
📍John Walter Museum, Edmonton
11 AM – 4 PM | Drop in for FREE Halloween crafts, explore a mini haunted house perfect for little ghosts and goblins, and practise trick-or-treating at three of Edmonton’s oldest historic homes.
Scare on the Square | FREE
📍Sir Winston Churchill Square, Edmonton
12 PM – 6 PM | Hop aboard the ghost train, explore an eerie maze, discover what the future holds with a tarot card reading, and enjoy games, treats, live music, and DJs. Dress up in your favourite costume and bring the whole family downtown for this exciting Halloween tradition!
Trick-or-Treating at The Precinct | FREE
📍Fort Heritage Precinct, Fort Saskatchewan
1 PM – 3 PM | Families are invited to the Historic Village at the Fort Heritage Precinct for an afternoon of FREE trick-or-treating fun. Come dressed in your spookiest or silliest costume and wander through the village, where staff will be waiting on the steps of historic homesteads and schoolhouses with treats for little ghosts and goblins.
Trunk or Treat Fort Saskatchewan | By Donation
📍Legacy Park, Fort Saskatchewan
1 PM – 3 PM | Hosted by Little Minion Events, families can enjoy candy and treats from decorated vehicles, with suggested admission being a donation to the Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank.
Oil Kings Halloween Spooktacular
📍Rogers Place, Edmonton
1 PM – 4 PM | Get your costumes ready for the first-ever Edmonton Oil Kings Kids Halloween Spooktacular! Cheer on the Oil Kings, enjoy FREE popcorn, and celebrate Halloween with some hockey fun before heading out for an evening of trick-or-treating.
HalloWhinny at Whitemud Equine Learning Centre
📍Whitemud Equine Learning Centre, Edmonton
2 PM – 4 PM | Whitemud Equine Learning Centre Association (WELCA) is celebrating Halloween with a pony parade, horse costume contest, and trick-or-treating. Afterwards, explore the property on a spooky scavenger hunt and unscramble the clues to reveal the Halloween Horse! Tickets are limited so be sure to book in advance!
