Our Painted House (November 26, 2022- April 23, 2023)– Get creative at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. Our Painted House is a drop-in activity inspired by Maud Lewis’ iconic Painted House. Using a variety of materials, you are invited to create your own artwork shingle to add to the painted house, an almost-to-scale image of Maud’s home.
Pre-Shrunk Show at Argyle Fine Art (opening January 27, 2023)– Check out the annual Pre-Shrunk Show at Argyle Fine Art to check out works by local artists and consider purchasing affordable, original art. Opening night will take place on January 27th, so grab your family and let the art appreciation lesson begin!
Body Worlds Vital at the Museum of Natural History (January 27 -April 30, 2023)-Discover the mysteries under your skin with the highly anticipated Body Worlds Vital. This incredible exhibition offers an amazing opportunity to understand our anatomy, our health, and what it means to be human.
Dinosaurs in Motion at the Discovery Centre (January 28 – April 16, 2023)– The Discovery Centre is hosting a Dinosaur March to welcome the new exhibit, Dinosaurs in Motion. Bring your costume, cosplay or best dinosaur clothes and join in the fun and be sure to catch this incredible exhibition.
