Halifax Shopping Centre’s March Break Events
The shopping centre is celebrating March Break in a big way this year with free activities that the whole family can enjoy. Each day throughout March Break, you will find a different event happening under the HSC skylight.

Sponge Bob Musical: The Neptune Theatre School and Youth Performance Company Present The SpongeBob Musical. Based on the beloved animated comedy series SpongeBob Square Pants, this performance features incredible original music by world-renowned musicians and is sure to bring a smile to your face.
Daily Events at The Library: There are tons of FREE March Break Events at the Halifax Public Libraries, including movies, puppet shows, cooking workshops, games, crafts, mad science demonstrations, music, grab-and-go kits, and much more.
March Break Art Carts: The Craig Gallery at Alderney Landing wants to help you cultivate your creativity. Art Carts are free all-ages workshops offered throughout March Break.
Mastermind Toys: Mastermind Toys in Bayers Lake and Dartmouth Crossing will be hosting a week of March Break fun. Join them for daily FREE activities.
March Break at Fairbanks Centre: Tour the Fairbanks Interpretive Centre at Shubie Park this March Break. Tours are free and suitable for all ages.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade: Grab your green and choose your spot. This annual parade is a great way to Kick of March Break festivities.
March Breach Activities at Ross Farm: March Break on the farm means enjoying some tasty treats, sleigh rides and hot chocolate. Sample homemade ice cream in the farm workshop and drop by the barn and the farm animals.
Hatfield Farm Roundup Adventure: Hop on a sleigh ride or wagon ride into the woods for lots of outdoor fun and all the hot dogs you can eat. The Hatfield Farm Round-Up departs three times during the week and twice on the weekends over March Break.
