If you know a young child or toddler who loves to touch objects, ask questions and use their imagination, then join the Museum of Natural History for Wee Wild Ones at the Museum of Natural History – a program where kids under 5 and their caregivers can explore the wonders of nature. You and your little explorer will enjoy stories and puppet shows, explore real museum specimens, build with tree blocks and much more!

Please note: This program is not designed for daycare, school or other groups.

  • September 24 – Turtles
  • October 1 – Deer
  • October 8 – Leaves and Trees
  • October 15 – Animals in your Backyard
  • October 22 – Bears
  • October 29 – Coyotes
  • November 5 – Owls
  • November 12 – Tracks
  • November 19 – Animals at Night
  • November 26 – Animals in Winter
