Do you have a budding adventurer? Kids from ages 6 to 10 can go on an adventure as they immerse themselves in imagination with the Museum of Antiquities’ Ancient and Medieval Adventures Camps for Kids. Register your kids for a week-long in-person summer camp with the Museum of Antiquities, University of Saskatchewan! Kids can travel through time, explore the ancient and medieval world, discover a world of magic, and more! Campers will have an epic adventure of a lifetime this summer, without leaving the city.
Every camp day, children will make new friends while playing games, getting crafty, learning, and having a blast. You will find weekly camps for 6 to 7-year-olds and camps for 8 to 10-year-olds. If your adventurer has been to camps before, there are always fan favourites as well as some revamped camps and brand-new camps, making a new experience with the same amount of fun.
Adventures for Ages 6-7
Time Travelers
Dates:Â June 29-July 3, 2026
Adventurers will hop into a time machine and take a journey together! Campers will travel between countries and learn about their ancient history.
Magewarts Junior Academy
Dates: July 13-17, 2026 | July 27-31, 2026
Do your children dream of discovering worlds full of magic, wonder and excitement, this camp will be perfect for them as they journey into the realm of sorcery and enchantments.
Fun With Pharaohs
Dates: August 10-14, 2026
Campers will embark on a journey to ancient Egypt. They will build a pyramid, turn friends into a mummy, and so much more.
Adventures for Ages 8 to 10
Magewarts School of Magic & Science
Dates: July 6-10, 2026
If you have a little one who loves science, introduce them to the secrets of sorcery through the lens of science. Campers will get to do science experiments that are also real-life magic!
Roaming Romans
Dates:Â July 20-24, 2026
Visit ancient Rome and do as the Romans did! Campers will learn Roman games of strategy, how Roman frescoes were made, and how to build your own colosseum!
Raiders of the Lost Artifact
Dates: August 3-7, 2026
Ever wonder how archaeologists uncover the past? Campers will learn how to decipher ancient languages and codes, uncover ancient artifacts and explore famous monuments!
Magewarts Magical Creatures
Dates: August 17-21, 2026
Campers will discover and learn about different types of magical creatures from all over the world.
Registration for the epic adventure summer camps offered by the University of Saskatchewan’s Museum of Antiquities is now open. Hurry to sign up your child before this fun adventure disappears into the past. Before and after care are included in the cost of registration and run from 8-9 AM and 3:30-5 PM.
