Saskatchewan is proud to be part of Culture Days 2026. This is an annual celebration all across Canada of arts and culture. Culture Days are free to attend with fun and engaging activities. We’ve included some fun activities for families below, but you can find the entire list here.

Nuit Blanche in Saskatoon
Join Nuit Blanche Saskatoon 2026 for a free, nighttime arts festival that showcases and celebrates art and culture! The festival features projections, sculptures, installations, performances, music, theatre, visual arts, poetry, and other forms of contemporary art.

Family Fun Day at the Diefenbaker Canada Centre
Explore the newest temporary exhibit, Bridge City Beats. Events will include an Amati concert, and performances by the SICA Women Dance Group, the Rushnychok Ukrainian Folk Dance Association, and Boyan Ukrainian Dance. After the performances, enjoy snacks and make a musical instrument!

Saskatoon Celtic FestivalÂ
Bring your lawn chairs and come out for an afternoon of Irish dance, Highland dance, Pipe Bands, Celtic bands, and Heavy Events! Experience Scotland in Saskatoon.

Mid-Autumn Moon Festival
Stop by Riversdale Chinatown for a Mid-Autumn moon festival and public art exhibition. This free outdoor event will also be the opening reception for the 525 Art Pop up’s exhibition.

BMO Day at the WDM
Join BMO Day at the Western Development Museum. They are offering free admission, so you can explore and discover at WDM.

Kids Dance Party with Free Flow Dance!Â

Little Stone Schoolhouse Open House
Experience the history of the Little Stone Schoolhouse at their Culture Days Open House! Explore the historic schoolhouse, practice writing on slate boards, try Victorian-era games, and create a ball and cup craft to take home!

FREE Crafternoon with the Museum of Antiquities!
The Museum of Antiquities Crafternoon has a series of free drop-in programs for children with a different story and craft activity each month. This event is for kids aged 4-9, but families of all ages are welcome. This event is free to attend, and registration is not required.

William Kurelek: Ukrainian Pioneer WomenÂ
Ukrainian Pioneer Women was last exhibited in 2022, and it is back as part of the 100th anniversary of the Ukrainian Women’s Association of Canada.
