My family have been lucky enough to experience a summer of circus fun in Saskatoon. We recently had a great afternoon at the Europa Super Circus. It was a blast, and our entire crew loved the experience. We arrived at the first Saturday performance of the day to a friendly atmosphere full of excited families. As soon as the circus started, we knew we were in for a great time.
Europa Super Circus
After meeting the Ringmaster and his friend, the clown, the first act included some great jugglers from our own city! They are featured in the first photo. It’s always nice to see local talent, and it was great watching them juggle back and forth – sometimes while on a unicycle. We had ring-side seats and we were excited to see all the action up close.
The kids all cheered and laughed at the performances. The adults did as well, but every once in a while my friend and I had our “Mom-faces” on as the the performers did daring acts that made us nervous. The great news is these are the professionals, and they knew exactly what they were doing. We all loved every moment of the thrilling performances.
The circus had everything from fun and exciting performances, circus treats (popcorn, cotton candy, and slush), audience participation, laughter, excitement, and they offered face painting during the intermission. It was a hit with our entire crew, even the ones who were visiting from New York!
