We are getting closer to Halloween, and with the fun comes scares. We have a list of the BEST haunted houses in Saskatoon. We’ve been slowly building our list of Halloween Displays in Saskatoon, and we felt like we needed a separate guide just for the haunted houses! My son and I have been trying as many as we can this year. Do you have a favourite haunted house? If you’re looking for more, make sure to check out our list. The locations are at both businesses, public trails or in private yards. We’ve even found a Haunted Car Wash!

Haunted House at The Berry Barn

Berry Barn Haunted House

Do you like to be scared? The Berry Barn is ready to give you some family-friendly frights! Haunted House is set up in the heated greenhouse. Beware, The Haunted House will have lights and live actors trying to scare you. We went with my son, and we all took turns jumping.

JJ’s Haunted Car Wash

For TWO days only, check out JJ’s Haunted Car Wash! The scares will be at the Lorne Avenue Location Only on October 30-31, 2025.

Halloween Terror Trail – What Nightmares are Made of!!

Come one, come all to the Halloween Terror Trail, inside St Volodymyr Park. You never know what may be lurking in the trees or on the footpath! This is recommended for ages 11 and up.

Theatre of Madness Presents: Carnival

Theatre of Madness Presents: Carnival, and it is the perfect choice to get you in the Halloween spirit. Check them out at their brand new location at Crossmount.

111 Marcotte Crescent

The best combination: scary and fun with some lights, jump scares, moving props and more in Silverwood Heights. This may be scary for the really little ones so they might need a hand to hold. This is free but you can bring a donation for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

BLOODY BONES ON BORLASE

This scary spot is located at 307 Borlase Cove in Stonebridge. This officially opens (weather permitting) on October 25, 2025. The haunted house is by donation. This isn’t a Haunted House that you walk through – but it does have some jump scares!

The Haunting on Glacial Shores Bay

Find animatronics, jump scares and all-around spookiness in Evergreen. It’s free and for all ages, but maybe a bit scary for little ones after dark.

Richardson Road (1900 Block)

There are two big Halloween displays in Westview on Richardson, and one of them opens on the backyard on Halloween night for some spooks and scares for the brave little ones and the big ones!

234 Tobin Place in Lawson Heights

Terror on Tobin can’t be missed! This All Smiles Playground is guaranteed to give you some jumps!

The Dundurn Haunted Barn

This one is open on October 31st and November 1st, 2025. Costumes encouraged. Screams Guaranteed.

The City of Warman’s Haunted House

Enter if you dare! The City of Warman’s first-ever Haunted House. This is for all ages and will be scary fun!
