How do you keep your kids busy in the summer? Why not sign them up for some energetic jumping, a little swinging, and a chance to hoot and holler? Add a whole lot of F-U-N and your kids will be getting active and burning energy at the Absolute Gym summer camps!

Absolute Gym has been providing North Vancouver families with quality training in cheer and tumbling since 2007. They are dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all where participants can make new friends and create lifelong memories. Whether you’re looking for some recreational fun or a competitive program, you’ll find qualified coaches dedicated to fun, fitness, and the fundamentals of cheer, and tumbling. As the 2 disciplines- cheer, and tumbling  – develop strength, flexibility, and coordination is an excellent activity for kids interested in any sport!

During camp, your child will participate in a variety of gymnastic activities, games, crafts, and team-building exercises. Whether your child is a beginner or has prior gymnastics experience, our goal is to help them improve their skills, build confidence, and most importantly have fun! Each weeklong camp runs from 9am-3pm (full-day) or 9am-12pm (half-day) for new and experienced gymnasts ages 5-12 years old.  If your child is an intermediate or advanced gymnast looking to improve in a specific area, Absolute Gym offers specialty workshops and clinics in layouts, back handsprings, tucks and aerials, and twisting specialties.

Tips for a Successful Camp Experience:

  • bring a refillable water bottle
  • pack a healthy lunch and 2 nutritious snacks
  • wear athletic clothing – being comfortable and able to move freely are important
  • bring a hat and sunscreen for outside activities
