Science of Superheroes at the Space Centre

Has your child ever wondered about the science behind Superheroes? Could gamma ray exposure give anyone super strength? Could super powers change if our heroes landed on different planets in our solar system? Is any of this really possible? Spend the evening at the HR MacMillan Space Centre to explore these questions and more with kid-friendly science. Be sure to come dressed as your favourite superhero!

In 2012, after nearly 2 decades of fundraising for BC universities, Lindsay Follett was ready for a change of pace and came on board as the City Editor of Family Fun Vancouver. For 10 years she, together with her husband and their two sons, explored every possible family-friendly event and found constant enjoyment in sharing their adventures with the Family Fun Vancouver audience. In 2014, Lindsay took on the additional role as our National Sales and Marketing Director. After stepping down as Editor in 2022, she is excited to focus all of her time working with clients to promote their family-friendly events on our network.
