Head to the Vancouver Maritime Museum for a guided tour of the legendary St. Roch, the first vessel to make the east-west traverse of the Northwest Passage and circumnavigate North America via the Panama Canal. Learn about the workings of the ship’s engine, hear stories about the captain and crew, and learn about Joe Panipakuttuk, an Inuit guide who assisted the crew with guiding the St.Roch through the Arctic.
