Summer 2021: As restrictions ease and things start to reopen, we’re looking forward to getting back to the gym — and childcare! But be sure to double-check with your gym, as the following information is subject to change and all services may not be available yet.

Give yourself a break and prioritize your physical and mental health. One of our biggest excuses when it comes to not working out is the inability to find time to exercise, which can be even more difficult when you’re caring for small kids. Luckily, many gyms and health clubs in Calgary recognize how hard it can be for parents to make time to work out and provide child care services so that you can hit the treadmill or an aerobics class while your little ones happily play with other kids. Here’s a list of just some of the local gyms that will look after your tots while you get in shape.

GoodLife Fitness

Only select GoodLife Fitness clubs have child minding facilities and the hours vary by location. Several Calgary GoodLife locations are women-only, which some women prefer.
