The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo Wild Walk, powered by Booster Juice, is coming soon for an extra-special way to explore our beautiful world, right here in Calgary.
On October 4, 2025, the Wild Walk, powered by Booster Juice, at the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo, offers an opportunity to experience the zoo more intentionally. This excursion is a 4 km walk through the zoo, beginning at the plaza by the north entrance and ending near the BBQ tent on the Asia Lawn. Registration begins at 8 AM, and the walk starts at 9 AM. Participants can experience enrichment moments along the way, take advantage of photo opportunities, enjoy Wilder Bunch performances, and much more.
The walk ends on the Asia Lawn. Here, the walkers can treat themselves at the ‘after party’ from 10 AM to 12 PM. Enjoy a buffet of food, lawn games, and live music. Then it’s time to explore the zoo independently for the rest of the day, visiting favourite animals.
