On May 23 – 24, 2026, it’s your chance to celebrate imagination, culture, and the joy of childhood! The Airdrie Children’s Festival is a FREE family weekend of excitement, shows, activity, and more. While it’s geared towards children aged 4 – 12 years, everyone is welcome at this inclusive festival. The festival headquarters are in Nose Creek Park, where you can enjoy the roving performers, great activities, and kid-friendly favourites on the stage. But start your weekend by getting the body moving with a 2-km fun run! Then visit an Inspiration Station and enjoy time outdoors. Stop by the Balloon Station or attend a meet-and-greet with a princess or superhero. Whatever you do, it will be an amazing weekend!
