Head out to Airdrie for the city’s annual Festival of Lights from December 1 – 31, 2025. The event features beautiful Christmas lights and a variety of activities, including miniature train rides, hot chocolate, bonfires, and ice skating. There are special events, like Santa visits, too; check the calendar to make your plans. Donations are welcome.
December 31, 2025, is the last night to enjoy the beautiful holiday light displays in Nose Creek Park. There are fireworks at 6:30 PM in Ed Eggerer Athletic Field, and then you can head to Nose Creek Park afterwards for the Family Skate Party that runs from 6 – 9 PM. (There will be free rentals if you don’t have skates.)
