Alberta Biodiversity Festival
When you visit the Wilder Institute’s Calgary Zoo from September 11 – 13, 2026, the Alberta Biodiversity Festival is included with your daily admission or membership. The hands-on activities and games will inspire you to act for wildlife conservation. Learn about animal adaptations and habitats and check out biofacts from the Educational Resource Collection presented by ConocoPhillips Canada. Play conservation-based games and deepen your understanding of our world.

It will help you explore the natural regions of Alberta with its rich biodiversity and learn about conservation programs at the zoo.
