Peter and the Wolf is a musical fairytale come to life! The High River Gift of Music brings you Peter and the Wolf on February 8, 2020, for a terrific family afternoon. Performed by the award-winning WindSync wind quintet, each character in Peter’s world is voiced by a different instrument to create an enchanting exploration of sound and imagination. The performance by a wind ensemble is described by John W. Lambert of CNVC as ‘brisk, highly animated, and infectiously engaging’.
Kids will get a chance to speak with the musicians and kids under 18 are FREE (must be accompanied by an adult). This is a perfect way to introduce kids to classical music, just a short drive from Calgary!
