Nelson Mandela Day is coming, and Nando’s PERi-PERi is hosting the beloved Nando’s Dash. In 2009, Nelson Mandela asked people who wanted to celebrate his birthday, on July 18, to do so by helping out in their communities. Now, this South African restaurant is honouring the day with an extra-special Nando’s Mandela Day Dash.
To join the celebration and get a free quarter chicken and PERi fries on July 18, show up at any Nando’s location in B.C., Alberta, or Ontario between 11 am and 1 pm and bring a non-perishable food item to donate in exchange for the free meal.
