You may already know Vin Gogh as a great spot for an Adult Night Out. They host a great adult play date with wine and food and lots of time to socialize with friends. But did you know that Vin Gogh is NOT just for grown-ups? Vin Gogh has planned a great summer of craft & painting camps for kids aged 8 and older!

Each 4-day week of camp runs Monday – Thursday, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm, leaving you lots of free time in the afternoon to get outside and play. The studio provides a healthy snack (juice box, fruit or veggies and crackers and/or cheese) to keep their energy and creativity going strong. All camp participants will produce a painting and a craft every day of camp. On Thursday, their craft is a handmade a pizza they get to take home for lunch!

You can even sign your child up for multiple weeks of Vin Gogh camp, because every week explores a different theme! Here are the fantastic themes and projects Vin Gogh has planned:

Animal Week: July 18 – 21

Each day, campers will paint a different animal. Craft time will have them building animal sculptures using wax, clay and cork, and of course Thursday’s pizza!

Nature Week: July 25 – 29

This week, it’s all about landscapes during painting time (a new one each day!) and the crafts will be sculptures of things found in nature (trees & flowers), created using wax, clay and cork. Thursday’s craft is, of course, pizza!

Things With Wings: August 8 – 11

Kids will paint a new bird or bug each day and their craft time will be spent making sculptures of birds and bugs using wax, clay and cork. On Thursday, they get to make that delicious handmade pizza to take home for lunch!

Abstract Art: August 15 – 18

Each day, campers will paint a different abstract painting, inspired by the greats like Picasso and Rothco. This week’s crafts are abstract sculptures, created from wax, clay and cork. And don’t forget about pizza Thursday!
