We know Friday night is a great time for some family fun, but sometimes, it’s even better to send the kids out for some fun! Everyone needs a night off once in a while, and with the drop-off Pizza Night Fridays at Clay & Cupcakes, the kids will enjoy a sweet, creative Friday night, while you enjoy . . . whatever you want! It’s back to school and back to schedule, with some extra fun thrown in!
Clay & Cupcakes is Edmonton’s ‘sweet place to paint pottery’, helping you create a memory in three easy steps. Plan a visit and you can pick a piece of pottery and design, create, and paint it. Then you just wait for it to be fired and glazed and ready for pick up! It’s more than just a place to paint pottery, though, as they also have glass fusion and canvas painting. With camps, parties, and ‘just-because’ nights, it’s a fun, creative option for family fun or to help keep the kids engaged and busy.
As the school year starts, and you get back into the weekly routine, plan on one of Clay & Cupcakes Pizza Night Fridays to add something special to your fall! These Pizza and Paint parties will provide a project to paint on pottery or canvas, and all materials will be provided. You can register and drop off your school-aged children, ages 6 – 12 years, at 6 pm on a Friday night and they will be engaged until 7:30 pm as they work on their artistic project. Pizza and a juice box will be served shortly after they arrive, to help feed their creativity, and, of course, the night is topped off with a mini cupcake for each painter! The cost is $35 for each child, but if they bring a sibling or a friend, it’s only $60 for two kids.
