Edmonton Humane Society Spring Bark Camp is the purr-fect spot for animal lovers to spend their Spring Break! Registration is now open for this exciting five-day camp filled with opportunities for young pet fanatics to learn to be more caring companions for the animals they adore.

Campers ages 6-10 will be introduced to a variety of animals, gain a better understanding of animal training and behavior, explore veterinary work, and get a glimpse behind-the-scenes at the Edmonton Humane Society. Each camp day will be filled with a wide range of activities including crafts, games, and fun with new friends – on two legs and four!

Some of the fun activities to look forward to at EHS Spring Bark Camp include:

  • Educational sessions with a wide range of companion animal topics
  • Interactive learning experiences focused on dog training and animal behaviour
  • Creative time crafting enrichment toys for the shelter residents
  • Unique volunteer experiences throughout the shelter
