The Midas Monster Truck Throwdown is returning to Edmonton’s RAD Torque Raceway this summer! Be in the stands August 21 to 23, 2026, to cheer on incredible trucks, including Alberta’s own Crude Behaviour and Roughneck, plus Avenger, Mayhem, Blockhead, Dirt Crew, Sabotage, and Train Wreck. This fun and affordable family experience will captivate all ages from the first thundering roar of the engines to the high-flying thrills and jaw-dropping stunts.

You are in for a treat as you watch some of the best drivers and trucks in the industry compete head-to-head during the Midas Monster Truck Throwdown. Competitions include side-by-side racing, wheelie stands, donut spins, and freestyle, where drivers are given free rein to pull off their wildest big air stunts, including the legendary Monster Truck Back Flip attempt. Watch as these 10,000-pound, 10-foot-tall mammoth fire-breathing machines race around the outdoor arena to smash huge obstacles and pull off some astounding feats over 3 football fields of action! These monsters can pass speeds of over 100 km/h and are able to take flight with jumps over 30 feet high that can reach more than 100 feet in distance. You have to see it to believe it!

Tickets are budget-friendly, ranging from $20 to $53, and can be purchased through Showpass.
2 and under (on laps) are free.

Come Early for the Pit Party

Extend the fun by purchasing tickets for the Pit Party, which takes place one hour before the show. A very limited number of $15 tickets are available for the Pit Party, giving you early access to the larger-than-life trucks, meet and greets with superstar drivers, photo ops, a limited edition event poster, and free ice cream!
