Taste of Edmonton is back and tastier than ever! From July 16 to 26, gather the family and head downtown to experience a vibrant celebration of local flavours, community pride, and family fun. With over 50 local restaurants, 200+ mouthwatering menu items, and tons of free entertainment, this is a can’t-miss summer tradition for Edmonton families!
This beloved festival is Western Canada’s largest outdoor food festival, and it’s proudly focused on supporting the local community. That means every bite you enjoy, every ticket you buy, and every artist you see helps support local restaurants, musicians, artisans, and non-profits.
What to Expect at Taste of Edmonton in 2026
Families can snack, sample, and savour their way through a variety of small dishes priced at just 2 to 4 tickets—perfect for sharing and trying something new. Even the pickiest little eaters will find something to love! THE KIDS AREA by Magic Pixie Entertainment is also bigger and better than ever for 2026, featuring bouncy castles, balloon animals, face painting, and other exciting ways to play.
In between bites, you can browse handmade goods from 75+ local artisans at THE MARKET by Wholly Handmade, or sit back and enjoy one of the live performances by local performing artists and Canadian headliners on the McLennan Ross LLP Stage. The performance lineup will be announced here on June 1, 2026.
A Festival That Gives Back
Taste of Edmonton is more than a fun day out—it’s a festival with heart. 2025 had 800+ volunteers and paid out over $78,000 in honorariums to non-profit community volunteer partners. Another $8,387.96 of unused tickets was donated to local nonprofits, with $2,097.50 proceeds from bottle recycling donated to BGCBigs Edmonton & Area. And don’t forget to grab your 50/50 tickets through 5050tasteofedm.ca for a chance to win big. Since 2021, Taste of Edmonton has awarded over $220,000.00 to winners of the Taste of Edmonton 50/50. Getting There is a Breeze
Make your family day out easy with plenty of transportation options. Hop on the Capital Line, Metro Line, Valley Line LRT, or catch an ETS bus—they’ll drop you off right at the gates. Prefer to bike? There are bike lockups on-site. If you’re driving, there are several parkades and surface lots within walking distance.

Taste of Edmonton hasn’t increased the price of a full sheet of 40 tickets since 2018! From May 1 to July 14, 2026, SAVE $10 per sheet (40 tickets) when you purchase tickets early online at tasteofedm.ca. Presale pricing continues in-person at all participating retailers until July 15, 2026:
