The Halifax Christmas celebrations will look a little bit different this year! In fact, these events are now called the Halifax Holiday Celebration! Look for the following events taking place the weekend of November 24-26:
Christmas Tree Lighting
Date: November 25, 2023
Time: 4:30-5:30 pm
Location: Peace and Friendship Park on Hollis Street (across from the Westin Hotel)
Halifax Parade of Lights
When: Rescheduled November 25th,2023
Time: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Where: Downtown Halifax, from Upper Water Street to University Avenue
At the end of the parade – The tree in Grand Parade will be lit with fireworks to follow!
