Interactive activities keep campers fully engaged throughout the day, beginning with Chess Lessons using electronic presentations and videos, followed by Chess Tournaments in various fun formats such as Rapid, Blitz, Bughouse, and Blind. Campers will also complete Chess Puzzle exercises, Game Analysis, and Chess Simultaneous Exhibitions. Participants registered for full days will receive a custom Vancouver Chess School t-shirt to wear during their summer camp experience, and half-day participants can opt to purchase a t-shirt. Campers will also be given a pizza lunch if they are staying for the full-day camp, meaning you will only need to pack snacks and a water bottle before you send them off to camp for the day.
