That’s right, all the waterfront development pay and display lots on Lower Water Street are FREE on Saturdays and Sundays during the holiday season, starting December 6th/7th – December 28th/29th. This means that even if shopping is not your thing, your weekend trip to see the lights or visit the Wave or the Submarine Playground is no longer a $10 excursion. Happy days!
