This Easter, get your bunny ears ready and hop your little ones down to the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo for the annual Easter Eggstravaganza! This year you can celebrate spring and join the fun from April 18 – 21, 2025, with new games and experiences for the ‘hoppiest’ of Easter celebrations!

Every day of Easter Eggstravaganza will bring a host of wonderful, themed activities, including treats, of course! Kids 12 and under will be thrilled to find Treat Stations with customizable candy bags, where the zoo staff will give them a free treat. Be on the lookout for the animals receiving treats in the form of colourful, Easter-themed enrichment, too, with Wilder Moments, presented by Servus Credit Union. Check out the new Easter Games and go on an Easter Safari to collect stamps. Be sure to stop by memorable Photo Ops. Oh yes, and don’t forget to check out the NEW VR pods! Whatever you do, it’s sure to be a day filled with spring-themed family fun.

All that hippity-hoppity fun can make you hungry, though. You can make the day even more special with an Easter-themed brunch at Enmax Conservatory and Safari Lodge. Enjoy Easter décor, a specialty menu, incredible desserts, and fun Easter crafts for the kids. Be sure to book your tickets ahead of time, because this is a popular addition to a fun family day! Grazers Restaurant will also be open on Easter weekend this year, for another chance to refuel.

Except for Easter brunch, all the activities at the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo Easter Eggstravaganza are included with your daily admission or your membership. The best part? Your kiddo gets to have a whole lot of spring and Easter fun and enjoy seeing their favourite animals, all while supporting wildlife conservation!
